EVO Fitness is fully certified by Qualicert. This certification validates the safety and quality standards of our facilities. It ensures that our members are properly looked after – during training and as well in the case of an emergency.

Due to this certificate EVO Fitness members can request from their Health insurance companies a membership reimbursement of up to 90% of the yearly value of their membership, this reimbursement is valid for payments done from 01.01.2020 onwards. This is valid for both membership types – the No Commitment membership and the Yearly Membership.

CLAIM THE INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT FOR YOUR EVO FITNESS MEMBERSHIP

STEP BY STEP

NO COMMITMENT CONTRACT

1.

Request your membership confirmation letter from EVO by sending an email to qualicert@sandbox.evofitness.ch. Include the following information:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Supplementary Insurance company name
  • Insurance card number (you find the 20 digit card number on the front of your supplementary insurance card)

Please note that Health Insurance companies do refund EVO’s No Commitment memberships, but in most cases, only if the member has been at EVO for at least 6 months, counting from 01.01.2020.

2.

In most cases, your Health Insurance company will only need the Membership Confirmation letter. However, if they request a payment receipt, you can download the receipts of your membership payments from MyEVO. You will find them under the section: Payment » Check my previous payments.

3.

Place the request for the reimbursement with your Health Insurance. The request needs to include the confirmation letter that EVO emailed you and your latest membership payment receipt (if requested from your Insurance Company). Use a membership payment receipt which doesn’t have a promotional value, so that your Health Insurance has the information about a normal full month payment at EVO.

4.

To get your reimbursement every month, some Health Insurances will request from you – every month – your EVO payment receipt. So, you will need to download each month’s receipt and send it to your Health Insurance on a monthly basis. Then, you will get reimbursed until you reach your insurance company’s fitness reimbursement maximum.

YEARLY CONTRACT

1.
